“We took our kids out to dinner and had a wonderful time there. I'm not sure if she was the waitress, manager or both for the night, but the lady (I really wish I would of gotten her name) who helped us was amazing. It's rare to get such great service at establishments now a days, but she went above and beyond. So helpful and always with a smile. We've been there a few times and have enjoyed our visit every time. We do wish they would bring back their chili, we enjoyed it with our fries ????.”

“Love this place. Hands down one of my favorite grocery stores to shop at. The prices are hard to beat. Was able to feed 7 off of $27. The meat I bought was fresh and at a great price. Live going here for BBQ meat supplies. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Checkout is a breeze because you just have someone ring you up and you pay through a machine that takes your money and gives out change. Also bangs are $2.00 there at least a $1 cheaper than any other place.”

“They have a wide variety of products but they don't have a wide variety of brands. This is how they keep their prices low I suppose by buying in bulk from less vendors. They also had more than just groceries which was surprising. The store was laid out very well and easy to think of where things might or should be. Overall I really liked the place. I just wish I was able to to half stars otherwise my rating would be 4.5 instead of 4.”

My husband Brandon and I had to drive to Pasadena to plan his funeral and Victoria and staff were not only helpful but they showed us love and compassion. “Oh sweet Long John Silver's awesome once or twice a year fish and hush puppies. We truly long to eat here once or twice a year. Why only that often you are thinking? It is hard to handle the grease from the fish and chicken. Nothing to do with this location it is just the Long John Silver's way. I am so glad we still have this location. It is always good and the NEW Thick CUT fish is really good. Also, never ever forget the blessed clam strips. So good! Their hush puppies rock also. It is lent season people come get your filling at a dying breed!”

Was greeted as a individual and not just another customer. So polite and curtious I was impressed. The younger generation of kids act as if they are what matters! such as I should be lucky there working the shift . This young woman made me feel really good about making my stop and I will say with that type of employees this store gets a . 100 out of 100 in my book and looking forward to visiting again . “Had the fish tacos (2) combo. I chose the mashed potatoes as my side,weird I know. It was the best choice I have made in years. The tacos were good, but OMG the mashed red potatoes with gravy was the best I have EVER had at a restaurant fastfood or fine dining. Small hole in the wall place. Do not drive past. If you're in Houston it is worth the trip across the ship channel.”

“It was okay. They were out of meatballs, broccoli cheese soup, and only had one last cup of chicken and dumpling soup. The lady said she hadn't had time to defrost the soups..? It was painfully slow, but i think it was one of the lady's first day, and the other one was training her, so it was like there was only one there. They were both nice and had good customer service, though.”

“I really liked walking this park while visiting family in Pasadena the last couple months. I like that there is a quarter-mile dirt track I can walk and trees for shade in the summer. That basketball court is my favorite amenity. Pine Park is also located in a perfect spot in this Pasadena neighborhood.”
