“Have been a customer since 1985. Brought my 4 wheeler in for warranty work. Never heard back from them after almost 2 months I called and they said it was ready Went to pick it up and it was damaged. Spoke with service manager and he said they did not do it Told him it was not broken when I dropped it off Then spoke with general manager and he got loud and said you want me to buy you a part I will. I was flabbergasted and left my wife could not believe the way the general manager acted Lost a life time customer for over 30 years over a 15 dollar part that they broke. Very unprofessional The last thing I did before I left it with your company was take my things out of the front storage compartment I'm 100 percent sure it was not broken. Watching you and the service manager wall off and you laughing really confirmed I did not need to do business with you I was not rude and told you my side of the story. Your service manage was more professional. We all have bad days and if you want to call me an apologize I will accept it. Frank called and gave a sincere apology. In this day and age speaks a lot of his character. Also said he would make it right. We can all have a bad day. I will definitely go back. Thanks for the call.”
