“ORIGINAL REVIEW: 2016 Perfect! Showed up at 10:30 am to register new vehicle title. Waited 5 min. Done in 5 min. Super nice girl helped me. I told them a few areas on my application that I had questions on and they fixed them no problem. Effortless really, I did have all my paper work ahead of time also. But this is the first time in LONG time I have gone to a government office where the public servants are helpful and nice. FYI, if you did not know you can register your vehicle at the Tax office you can! I know my loan paperwork says to register at the DMV but that would be awful!!! You will wait multiple hours!!! Good job Pasadena! Keep up the good work and more important the GREAT attitudes! UPDATED REVIEW: 6/18/18 Came in to ask about how to register a trailer I converted. Nothing has changed! Very helpful guided me exactly on what I needed to do and was in and out within 5-10 minutes! UPDATED REVIEW: 11/1/2018 Registered new truck. Same great quick service!!!
