  AC went out in AUGUST this year. It was miserable. Called around to a number of places, received bids from all of them. Every time someone came to the house, it was the same song and dance... we were looking at a HUGE bill. When I called Carl, he knew exactly what we needed without even seeing the house. We spoke on the phone late one night, and he was at our house the next morning. Replaced everything for thousands less than the other companies. Carl even ran a few more ducts for us free of charge. They have been extremely responsive EVERY time we have had questions. It's an honest, hardworking, no nonsense company. I have been, and will continue to tell my friends to call Air Care Southeast.

  Came home Friday evening to a hot house. Called Air Care Southeast and gave my info. to the answering service. The owner called me right back. He had a technician to my house in 40 mins. The technician had the problem fixed in less than 30 mins. for a little over $100.00. Being after hours, if I had called someone else I am sure it would have been at least $300.00 or more. This company is honest and hard working. The technician was professional and so nice, and he said he loves the people he works for. So glad I called Air Care Southeast!!! I will recommend them to all my friends!

  Our pipes in the attic had to be replaced in May-the four gentlemen that replaced the pipes did a fantastic job, they did a clean job and would highly recommend them!! My husband and I are very pleased--whenever our home needs something done---Air Care has always been there for us.

  Carl and his techs recently replaced our two units when they went out back to back. We got quotes from several AC companies and theirs was by far the best. They were very knowledgeable and we never felt like they were trying to push anything we didn't need(which we very much felt with the other companies). The process took a few days but it was quick and painless because the techs were so respectful of our home. They cleaned up after themselves and were as minimally noticeable as possible. Carl was very patient in answering all of my husbands questions and gave a referral for an electric company that came out to do some rewiring in our attic. We are very pleased with the product and service we got and will be using Air Care Specialists for all of our future AC needs.

  Fantastic service! Thank you for the GREAT job! Cooling very well! These people have the technical experience and integrity we all need. I highly, HIGHLY, recommend Air-Care Southeast. They knew what they were doing, cleaned up the work-area, kept me informed of what they were doing at each step of the job, I am impressed! I am enjoying the cool air! 100 degrees outside and a very comfortable 72 degrees inside. I like it!
