Extremely personable staff, everyone was very welcoming and laid back, but still very knowledgeable, which is a great environment to shop for bikes in. Kathryn was a pleasure to deal with, and I appreciate being given the opportunity to test ride the bikes here as opposed to being corraled into a demo day with a group ride or not being able to test ride at all.
