Update - Recent maintenance request was handled very professionally. Person called much ahead of time and confirmed a good time to stop by. I was at home and discussed about the issue. It was quickly resolved. It was good to see management taking my concerns seriously! Returning back to 5 stars!

12/7 - reducing down to 2 stars after repeatedly having a poor experience with the maintenance team. Technically they are good at execution but they have no respect for privacy.
They use personal furniture in my absence and throw clothes etc on floor to fix ceiling light fixtures. Very bad experience.

Older-
Beautiful community, well maintained grounds, very quiet, kids playing area, pool, gym, tennis courts, storage spaces. Found to be amongst the cheapest around the time I signed lease. Likely cheap due to dated apartments. Kitchen was a bit dated too. But everything is very functional and they have pretty good maintenance team highly responsive. Overall very satisfied.

We have enjoyed living here for the past 7 years. It is relatively quiet. The maintenance people respond quickly when needed. However, due to a cancer diagnosis I was forced to retire, and am not sure how much longer we can afford to live here now that we’re on a fixed income and the rent goes up every year.

*HIGHLY RECOMMENDED* After running around the greater Houston area, and scouting out 4+ other mechanic shops. I finally found an honest mechanic. Fernando and Roberto, are the best mechanics around. I found them a couple months ago and they work on all our vehicles and motorcycles. They have worked on 3 of our vehicles and returned them to tip top running shape. The have a great shop. Professional, polite and highly experienced. Their pricing is fair for labor, parts and not overpriced.
I cannot stress enough how much I recommend Arzac services. A+++ and 5 stars entirely.

Man for being a new business the guys at Arzac services sure know about mechanics. It’s 2 brothers working together, Fernando and Roberto. Very honest working people I went it for an Oil change and asked them to check my AC because it wasnt working properly. They only charged me for the oil change, while they put some freon on the house. Definitely coming back here!!
