  Mei Lene, P.A. and April M.A. were superb! They were patient, kind and friendly. I came in for a physical exam and they put me at ease, they showed the greatest of care and patience. Mei Lene worked her magic and helped lower my blood pressure. The clinic was clean and well lit. I will definitely be coming back for all my urgent care needs. Hands down the best.

  After being turned away from another urgent care (they assumed I was attempting to get painkillers), I sought treatment at Next Level for my lower back pain that I had thrown out the day before. I was pleasantly surprised as to how quickly the got me in & treated me for my ailment. Professional & friendly staff as well. I highly recommend them.

  Came to get x-rays after rolling my foot. From check in to check out I was treated warmly. It took about two hours from start to finish but I think it was a bit busy when I arrived. The NP was so friendly and had us laughing while we waited for my results and was gentle with my foot while trying on a walking boot. I was pleased all around with my care and am glad this is the urgent care my insurance covers. Thank you for your care!

  I have so many positive comments to say about this location and especially Dorothy Colon, NP! I greatly appreciated how quickly the staff got us in and how kind everyone was during our visits. Dorothy is extremely patient, thorough, kind and very attentive. I appreciated how she treated my daughter and made her feel good during her injury and her follow up care has been amazing, not to mention above and beyond what you would expect. I would highly recommend Next Level Urgent Care, Champions in the event of medical treatment. Dorothy, thank you again for your caring nature and great care during our visits!
