Since they remodeled and renovated the inside of the gym the atmosphere has completely changed. It is no longer a dark cave but a well lit gym where you can actually see and find the machines you want to use. Also the new employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. The trainers are fantastic and work with you to set and meet your goals Jacob and Brittany have helped me out a lot. Jimmy does a fantastic job of keeping the equipment clean and in good shape. Would recommend if your looking for a gym to check this one out.

I’ve been coming to 24 hour Spring location since high school. I love the variety of classes offered as well as the machines available. The staff is always super helpful and friendly and Jimmy is always on top of the cleaning and maintenance, making sure the machines are ready when you are.

The front desk staff are friendly and very helpful. I feel very comfortable and welcomed here. The facility is clean even though this is an old building. Some equipment are old but well maintained. I definitely like the new lay out here. Jimmy the maintenance guy did a good job painting.

A lot of effort has been put into cleaning this gym up and updating it. Jimmy in maintenance is always receptive to guests sharing comments on areas that need attention and does a great job with follow up and making sure equipment is working. Front desk employees are courteous and friendly. I would love to see this location get some updated equipment.

I've been coming here off and on for years when I am in the area. Always a great experience. The staff is always very helpful and professional. Jimmy took some time and helped me find the equipment I was looking for the other day. They are always cleaning and sanitizing the equipment. I would recommend and will continue to workout at this 24
