He’s so honest and professional! I have used his company for two large remodeling jobs and I will definitely use him again!

(August 13, 2018, 2:18 pm)I called Hank because my floors needed to be replaced due to an AC line leak and I am so glad I did. Hank is a true professional and so is the installation crew. Hank was great with communication with me, getting me the information I needed without delay and was present from beginning to the end. He went above and beyond... we had a branch that broke and was hanging from our pecan tree. Hank said I'll stop by tomorrow and cut down it down for you guys. He just is a good person overall. And the install crew was the most hard working, respectful and kindest people ever. They are perfectionist and our floors, carpet and stair banisters look amazing!!! Every person that has entered our home has complimented them. I would recommend Hank to all my family and friends.

(March 14, 2018, 8:28 am)These guys are great! Very friendly and very professional. We had our kitchen, entryway, half bath, and laundry room redone in a new tile. They came out and knocked it out fast. The crew was great and thoughtful about when/where to move certain big items.
Overall, Hank and team were wonderful and we are very happy with our new floors!
If you are looking for a floor company that does great work and is also friendly and responsive, this is the one! -

(February 27, 2018, 12:16 pm)I would definitely like to recommend this company. I got several bids and The One Floor’s bid was the best. Owner Hank made good suggestions for the project that I had not thought of in advance. He sent Edwardo and Romero and they did a fantastic job! He checked on them regularly. They came when they said they would and they worked long and hard to get the job done as quickly as possible. They made special efforts to keep the area clean as they worked...even with the rain. I would suggest waiting a few days on your job if you had to, to get this crew.

(January 22, 2018, 7:32 pm)We just had carpet installed Friday morning and we are so happy with it! Install was great, and Hank really helped us out. The product is awesome, and the kids love their new room! I would recommend this company to neighbors and friends!!!
