I waited for 5 caramel frappes in the reserved lane 1 of them didn’t have caramel he went inside to put caramel in them, then when he came back we noticed we didn’t recieve straws, again he was courteous and ran back inside for straws all with a smile on his face and no attitude like other employees at this location. Never had experienced great service until now. Great job!
