  Christy is a fabulous realtor; she's both professional and personal! She made us feel like we were her only client, taking a personal interest in the details that were important to us. She never gave up on helping us find our perfect home and helped us smoothly navigate the (sometimes) tricky waters of selling a home. She gave us honest and reliable advice from AC brands, to acceptable aging of a home, to neighborhood value, to roofs; all the while helping us stick to the budget we had set for our family. When we are ready to sell this home, we will definitely use Christy again!

  Christy superbly managed every phase of the selling process from valuation to closing. Her combined knowledge of the real estate market and home remodeling enabled us to update the home to receive top dollar and sell quickly. She was always available for consultation and provided expert advice on any questions we had. I strongly recommend Christy for both selling and purchasing of homes. We would most definitely rely on her for any future transactions.

  Christy Duncan was the BEST! We loved how she cares for her clients and looks out for their best interest. She is honest, caring and professional. She helps in every aspect in getting your house sold, from staging to closing the deal. We could not have had a better experience in selling our home!

  Christy sells homes! Our home sat on the market for 18 months (and two different realtors) before Christy stepped in. She re-staged, re-took pictures and re-described our home and our home sold within 3 months. Sometimes people choose the most recognized (advertised) real estate name in the neighborhood to list their home. That is fine but if you want to move your home quickly and get a fair price, learn from our mistake START with Christy. She is our go-to whether buying, selling or referring a realtor to our friends!
