  Love this park! Love that it has 3 different play areas for different age children & level of physical capabilities. It has bathrooms, but pretty sure there's no changing table. Many benches and picnic tables. Plenty of room to run around and play. Has a walking/jogging path. There's a bike trail that goes through it. A pond with fish, turtles, and ducks. They have a big enclosure filled with a type of bird, don't remember what kind, it's pretty neat. There are soccer fields and a concession stand. In the summer/hot months, I always wish there was a bit more shade. But the place is kept very well maintained.

  I love this park for its walking and riding trails. It has nice playground areas and sports fields. For those who enjoy fishing there is a pond stocked with lg. mouth bass (catch & release)and cat fish. A prefect place for those who enjoy nature. In the past, during my walks I've spotted blue jays, cardigan and woodpeckers along with squirrels and nutria rats. Most of my time is spent walking the tracks and trails, but it's also a nice park to visit with both family and friends for picnics and other fun gatherings.

  I love this lush, beautiful, green park. Meyer Park has something for everyone. The north side has a 2 mile trail. It's peaceful with exercise stations along the trail. This trail, also, connects to two well designed dog parks, your dog can get plenty of playtime. There are soccer fields, a basketball court, and a cute little gazebo. The Southside of the park has some pretty cool features, too. If you like to be among the high energy walkers and joggers. There's a playground for the kids. A pond to watch the ducks. And, if you want to get off the beaten path there is a dirty trail located along Cypress Creek.

Meyer Park is a 180-acre facility with 26 soccer fields (ten are lighted), two unlighted softball fields, a basketball court, barbecue pavilion, gazebo, paved trails, nature trails, duck pond*, a three-acre fishing lake*, picnic tables, barbecue grills, two age-specific playgrounds, 15 exercise stations, and rest room facilities.
