New Haven Assisted Living and Memory Care of Spring

My mother has been at this facility since April 1st 2021. Moved her from a facility in Tomball and she and I both love it. Great care and Brianna and Don are the best at taking care of the residents.

Clean facility. Large rooms. Great that they have maintenance on site. Food tastes like it’s from scratch.

Hands down the most wonderful people. The food is good, the space clean, and while we weren't thrilled in the past with management, they seem to have employed competent people recently. But we've always been grateful for their great care.

New Spring has relieved our concerns about placing my parent. We love the fact that it isn’t a big facility that resembles a hospital but that it feels more like home. The staff has shown us and Mom patience and affection. We haven’t lost our parent but have gained a family.

My daughter has toured this facility and loves it. I am going to be moving into this community shortly, and it’s the only place who has visited me and been patient with my situation and family. Miss Brianna has been a blessing and has walked us through every step, going above the call of duty to ensure I had everything I needed, including helping me get out of my current lease so I could financially get help to move in.
