  Excellent Plates Instructors here. They make getting fit also enjoyable.
  Kathy and Danielle are extremely organized about the training.
  If you are looking for results, this is the place.

  I’m so thankful for KWest Pilates! Kathy is a wonderful instructor because she keeps the workouts fun and gives attention to everyone to ensure your using the correct weight and doing the exercise correctly. Unfortunately I moved away from the area and I will probably never find a studio like Kathy’s close to me. I highly recommend KWest Pilates. Her studio is beautiful and you’ll probably make new friends!

  I took a class today at Pilates by KWest and I am so grateful that I pushed myself to do this. I am officially on board and signed up for 2x/week. I was a mess in class. All over the place. But everyone was so encouraging that they all have to start out holding the balance bar or that they were just as weak. I just really recommend this...I know I've got a long way to go but I feel so at ease with it that I'm super excited.

  I noticed a friend at work seemed to be slimming down and walking confidently. She told me she was doing Pilates on a reformer machine and I should try it. I checked out Pilates by KWest because it was close and they had reformers. It's been the greatest part of my week! The studio is beautiful, the workout is rewarding, and the instructors challenge every individual right where they are in order to strengthen them safely. I also like the people who go there and that's just the cherry on top!

  Beautiful studio! Perfect place to come for healing weak joints and overcoming injuries, or just for a great strengthening workout. Love the personal and heartfelt care for each person who enters the door. Proud and honored to call this studio home!
