Always attentive they have come to my moms home 2xs pick up and delivery . Super caring they asked for their favorite blanket and toys to go with them????
Ryan at angel oaks made the whole experience just a little less painful! I lost my sweet girl on a Tuesday morning due to a fatal dog attack! I didn't know what to do with her lifeless body and I was hysterical . Most places said they would "UPS" her back to me in 3 days?! Or to freeze her till they came . Ryan took her in immediately and had her ready in a beautiful complimentary wooden box the next day. She had her paw print and a death certificate with her. I can't thank angel oaks for their hospitality and kindness. Thank you again so much.

I have been meaning to write this review for a couple of weeks because it's hard to write a review on the cremation of your beloved pet (family member). However considering the circumstances I would highly recommend Angel Oaks to anyone in the situations of cremating a pet. I had my daschund, Bella for 12 years and she passed away at night on December 15, 2018. I wasn't prepared since I was expecting it to happen but Angel Oaks came up as a local pet crematory and I am very thankful that they did. My husband called them shortly after Bella passed away and Angel Oaks came out that same night to pick her up. It was a Saturday night but they showed up without hesitation and were very compassionate of our situation. They also brought her back home a couple days later and I was overwhelmed with emotions by not knowing what to expect when Bella came home. When I saw that they had her urn in a box with packing peanuts and a fresh paw print that I wasn't expecting made me realize that she was in good hands. I greatly appreciate their services and when the time comes again for their services I will definitively call them. Thank you Angel Oaks for helping make the grieving process easier on me.
First off, if you are reading this, my thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Our beloved cat, Tiger, crossed the Rainbow Bridge on June 10, 2018. After weighing our options, we decided on cremation. Ryan and the staff at Angel Oaks were beyond helpful and considerate. Their level of compassion during this difficult time was unparalleled, and we strongly recommend them if you find yourself in need of such services.
Angel Oaks was so respectful in picking up my cat and provided exceptional care and consideration during the whole process. They returned her promptly the next day in a beautiful urn and a certification of cremation. I really would recommend their services to anyone who wishes to cremate their animals after passing.
