  I've had two Transactions over 6+ month both remotely (New Bike Search & Selection) and in person with Eldred @ VH. The latest (2/21/19) was a Bike Fit that I traveled almost 900 miles one way to complete. The first reason for my 5 Star rating is Responsiveness. SO MANY LBS (Local Bike Shops) and other Cycling vendors fail miserably in this VERY important category. You will get a timely response from e-mail to VH and/or the VH YouTube channel. Technical Expertise is my 2nd reason. His Technical background, coupled with years of racing & riding (which continues) and his continuous Learning mode provides the Customer (no matter their experience) with a Professional Technician who is not only willing to competently & efficiently complete the requested Task but will also explain the steps as he goes along, which is especially helpful for me, who is still a novice. Customer Orientation would be my 3rd reason. Sadly, many Cycling Vendors don't put the Customer first. VH is continually demonstrating his support & openness with the website and definitely with the YT channel. He wants to support & encourage ALL Riders who love the sport like him.
  Reviews, Technical Info, Instructional Videos, regular Live Chat Sessions that goes on at length and plenty of content saved on YT available at any time. The VH website is clear & easy to navigate. The Services offered are Robust and Broad. So it's the perfect place to start . Is he running a Business, absolutely however he never treats you like he's doing you a favor or that you are a burden like so many vendors do unfortunately. The Bottom Line is that I will continue to look for ways to do business with VH and recommend VH to others because I know the Transaction will be Timely, Fair, High Value and Technically Precise.

  Awesome service. Eldred walks you through the entire process. He takes the time to explain to you what he is doing and why he is doing it. Once he is done you will feel the changes it is like buying a brand new bike. I will use him again on my next bike purchase.

  If you want the PERFECT bicycle fit Veloharmony is the place to go. I do not live in the Houston area, so I took advantage of their remote (out of the area) bicycle fit. They go step by step with easy detailed instructions that any cyclist can understand. They will also ask for feedback along the way to make sure you have a perfect fit, and they won't stop until you receive a perfect fit. This is money well spent.Thank you Veloharmony for your hard work and determination. A+++ ????

  Ordered the Threshold Test and downloaded the instructions. Thank you, kindly, for the discount. I’m currently out of town but will take the test either on Monday or Tuesday of next week. Hey, I’ve been spreading the word about your YouTube channel. I’ve learned more from you in the nine months or so I’ve been following your channel than I have from many of other YouTube bike channels I have visited - or the local bike shops I’ve patronized over the years, for that matter. Thank you for your insightghtful advise and the practical way in which you present your topics.

  Like most cyclists in the Houston area, I have heard about a bike fit but never experienced it For 20 plus years of riding in pain and discomfort. I had even given up riding for over a year. It wasn’t fun anymore for me. When I decided to give riding another chance, that’s when I met Eldred’s group as I was trying to make my come back. He looked at me immediately suggested that I needed a bike fit. To make long story short, I took his advice went In his studio, he took my previous measurements on my bike before beginning my new fit. He started with my saddle position, explained before and after measurements to me. At this point I was blown away how great my bike looked and felt. As he finalized my three contact points on bike, He placed me on his spinner for a while. As I am enjoying my new position on bike, I couldn’t hide my excitement. It felt as if I can ride forever. The improvement was instant. I never looked back. I realized right there that there is a lot he can do to help other riders around the world. Not just around Houston area. My fit is out of this world. I would recommend it to all that never experienced a true bike fit. It is that Good. It changed my life and made my cycling more enjoyable.
