I had been trying to schedule an appointment but couldn’t get through. I managed to get the number of the manager, Elizabeth. She immediately booked me in and professionally explained they were having some issues in the office and that’s why i was having trouble. Dr. Vera is very helpful and has been helping me greatly with some medical checks that have been requested from higher officials for my piloting certification.
