I can’t begin to say enough positive and wonderful comments about my experience here. Everyone is super friendly, caring and professional. When my doctor recommended an MRI, I thought to myself there’s no way I’m going to get through this because I can tend to get a little claustrophobic (okay, a lot claustrophobic), But the technician was so patient and explained everything in detail. She told me exactly how long each test would take, what to expect, and gave me words of encouragement and positive reinforcement. I honestly don’t believe I could have finished my testing without her patience and understanding. She made me feel very comfortable. The facility itself is very clean and the location is easy to get to. I highly recommend coming here for your MRI needs.

Today I had an MRI done in This facility. Although I discovered I am very claustrophobic, I'm so glad I came here. I was attended by Jody (she's amazing!!!!!). Friendly, inviting, and comforting. The staff is wonderful! They made me feel very welcomed. I'm so glad I came here!!! Thanks again for everything.

I chose Alliance MRI (Spring location) to do my last MRI and will chose them again for the following reasons: before the visit the staff on the phone was professional, friendly and informative; day of the visit the staff was professional, friendly and funny; staff was knowledgeable about the machine and proper positions to be comfortable (so comfortable I fell asleep); they walked me through what they were going to do and put me at ease with their professional and friendly tone, not talking down to me when I asked questions, but giving me the information without a tone or attitude; after the MRI I walked out with my disk and they sent the information to my doctor without any issues; later there were some issues with another doctors office needing MRI information, I called Spring MRI (talked with Jodie) and the information was sent within minutes; that same doctors office front desk admin told me she likes "them" (Spring MRI), "they have their act together". Thanks Alliance MRI of Spring, you helped and encouraged me in more ways than I can express.
