  They were fast. I didn't have to wait that long. Really liked my Dr. Even though it wasn't what I wanted to hear, I have a fractured hip and have to be off work for a few months. I would recommend Dr Chin to my friends and family.

  TERRIFIC service! I unfortunately had the need to visit for two separate injuries including a post-surgery. My wife and one of my son's (he, too, had a post-surgery need) also had the unfortunate need for their services. The staff is extremely friendly, and more important, explain in plain English what and why they provide each treatment.

  Came highly recommended and am just starting my experience but Dr and staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Seems I'm in good hands!
  Update: Had surgery performed by Dr. Eilers and now going through physical therapy. Been 2 weeks & on the road to great recovery. Patient aftercare is outstanding! Questions & concerns always dealt with so quickly. Even prior to surgery, all insurance, surgery prep, medications - all were handled by them efficiently. Dr. Eilers, Bonnie & staff are awesome & so is the PT team. I also now HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

  Tabitha was wonderful on my initial phone call to schedule an appointment with Dr. Chin. I appreciated the answers she provided to my questions.
  I loved how Brandie greeted me when I walked into the office with the clear glass (not opaque) window open and how Tabitha assisted me with the digital registration info.
  A restroom accessible in the waiting room lobby is a real plus.
  Dustin was helpful in escorting me into Dr. Chin's office and Cory was great in taking the x-rays.
  Dr. Chin is fabulous in his expertise in assessing the condition of my hip, his compassion, and his decisiveness in referring me to two surgeons who do complex surgeries, since my hip was the 3rd worst he has ever seen. Dr. Chin is a wonderful man and surgeon and I am disappointed that I can not be in his care, but grateful for his kindness in referring me to the other two doctors in whom he has total confidence. He answered all of my questions.
  A dear friend referred me to Dr. Chin, who had done her hip replacement last fall. She is doing great.

  The staff and application of service are top tier. It’s refreshing to have therapists who invest their full attention to injury in manner that makes you feel like your the only patient there. Well done PT Kelly! A place to start healing.
