(February 2, 2018, 9:45 am)I recently moved to Texas and our new landlord's account is with Capital One. We handle our checking accounts with a differnt bank. The few times I have gone to deposit the rent here its been so easy and quick that I fell in love with this bank, Im even thinking about opening an account with them instead. Really nice customer service. They also had cookies and coffee in the lobby, which I took to go only cause the time I spend there is just few mins.

I acutally had Associated Bank bull almost the identical thing on me a couple years back. Via a phone conversation where I was fishing for info and what kind of rate I could get.....one loan officer told me at the highest 7%..the lowest was 5 something.
