The employee that assisted me — Mo, was super polite, respectful, customer service-oriented and very good at his job. We experienced some issues getting set up, but he was an excellent problem solver and handled everything smoothly. Honestly made my day a whole lot less stressful. He was the difference maker in my experience today & I thank him.

Sosthene was able to listen to my concern without interrupting and gave me a sense of piece but providing exceptional customer service. I’m very satisfied with AT&T service and I walked out the store happy.
