Very nice location. Nicest one in the area. Cleanest, too! When they first reopened I would purposely come to this one because you would see staff and members cleaning regularly. It's definitely gotten busier here though.. today at 3pm it looked like 5pm with the amount of people there. Still a great alternative from my usual close to work/ Woodlands location.

Staff is super nice and welcoming. It shows a lot when they say hi and bye entering their facility. The gym is super clean and organized. Best gym I’ve ever been to.

I’ve been working out since I was 12 years old.
This gym is by far the best gym I’ve ever worked out at.
They have everything you could possibly need to get in an incredible workout!
It’s clean and spacious and the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.
Special shout out to Michael with the cool van that works there.
He is one of the most knowledgeable and friendly people I have ever met!
His years of knowledge have really helped me out and inspired me to push myself farther than I thought I could ever go.
I honestly can say I wouldn’t be where I am without his guidance!

Cole is the absolute best employee here. He is so friendly and knowledgeable about his job. He clearly articulated all options for the different memberships and got me the best deal possible. Please ask for him if you go here!
