  I purchased my 2015 ML350 SUV recently from Factory Auto Direct, and felt compelled to let others know of my experience with the sales consultant Robert Henderson. I was very happy with the courteous and professional service I received from Mr. Henderson. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about cars, and I received a good deal of advice that helped me in making my decision fairly quickly. He gave me a test drive of the car and answered all of my questions. He followed through all the paperwork until the sales transaction was completed and I took my car. He made a follow-up telephone call after a few days asking me if I had any questions about the car. I was impressed, and now Mercedes-Benz of Arcadia is my favorite car dealer.

  This was the best experience I've ever had buying a car. The people were generous and kind. My salesman Robert Henderson was very patient and totally helpful on what my needs were and his sales mana get David Paiva got me into a car that I never thought I would be able to get in. They definitely treated me like family and will come back for more vehicles and they will get referrals from me. Don't hesitate to do business with them.

  We made a decision on a Thursday night to start looking for a new family vehicle. Knowing that we were looking for either an Audi Q5 or a Mercedes ML 350, we first searched online. Both my husband and I separately looked for what we thought would fit our needs and wants and we ended up picking out the same dealership that we wanted to go to. We drove up on Friday and were immediately greeted by David Paiva upon our arrival and interest in 2 used ML 350s we saw right away David was very helpful and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, and more. Typically I am not one to start talking to a salesman until after I feel I found "the one" but David was extremely friendly, helpful, and did not pressure us at all. Before I knew it I was behind the wheel and ready to test drive the one car that caught my interest even before we got to the dealership. Both my husband and I really enjoyed our experience and our daughter even gave her "ok" when we asked her how she liked the car. Again, I am very set in my ways, so I already knew I was NOT going home with a car that day. I like to take a night and "sleep on it". We still went inside to see where we stood with our trade-in vehicle and what we would need to finance the vehicle. Again, I felt no pressure at all, and everyone that we talked to showed no pressure at all and was very patient with us as we had our 19-month-old, very energetic and curious daughter with us. They not only made us feel comfortable, but they also did their best to keep her content and happy throughout the process. My husband and I were hooked. Not only did we find the perfect vehicle for our family, but we wanted to buy one from this dealer and, from David Paiva, as he was a great person that we wanted to give our business to. However, like I said before, I knew I wasn't buying a car that day that evening I called David and told him we would be back first thing in the morning to purchase the vehicle. The next day, we got to the dealership and our soon-to-be new car was already being cleaned and inspected for delivery. The timing for the paperwork was great! Again, we had our active toddler with us, and everyone was very helpful to keep her occupied and happy as we went over and signed everything we needed to take home our new car that day. I have to say I am more than pleased with our experience. We got exactly what we wanted for trade-in on our old car, the price of the new car beat any other car we researched online, and this particular car had less miles than any other pre-owned, ML 350 we found. I have never made a decision as quickly as I did with this important purchase, but I have never been so immediately satisfied with my questions and the professionalism of everyone at the dealership. We will be recommending Factory Auto Direct and David Paiva to all of our friends and if we ever need to purchase another vehicle for our family again, we know that we will be going back Factory Auto Direct.

  I have been searching for a black Denali for weeks that had low miles. I found the perfect car for me on Factory Auto Direct's website. I called and spoke to David, he was so extremly helpful! He was very professional and efficent.
  The whole buying process was easy and stress free. I would recommend David and Factory Auto Direct to any one looking to purchase a vehichle.

  I've been purchasing my vehicles on line from all across the country for my last few purchases. My experience with Factory Auto Direct is the way you hope and dream purchasing a car should be. I dealt with David. I called within hours of the picture-less listing of the car they had just come in. David sent a few photos from his phone and I secured the car. I flew to Houston and he picked me up at the airport. It was close to pristine. David asked me how I liked it. I mentioned two details that weren't right. He immediately had one of his staff take the car back around and said it would be corrected by the time we finalized the paperwork. It was. You can literally get in and out on the road in 60-90 minutes. These folks are honest and genuinely care about satisfying their customers. I will always check with them first in the future. I HIGHLY recommend David and Factory Auto Direct! If you're looking for a great deal and effortless transaction on a luxury pre owned car, this is the best out there. Thanks guys!
