  I have a commercial building off of FM 2920 in Spring TX that would leak after a hard wind/rain storm.
  Had several roofers over a two year period try to find and fix the leak without any success.
  Hired Chris a few months back to give it a try, after he proceeded to repair where he thought the leak may be coming from. After our first hard rain Chris followed up with an email to see if he had solved the problem, very impressed with the follow up. The leak was still there. Chris showed up the following Monday, did a water pressure test for several hours till he found the leak. Never charged us more than the first call.
  Very impressed with Chris and his work. Real straight shooter.

  This company is just great. Great Service - very professional and very knowledgeable. They also follow up on their work to make sure we are satisfied. These guys are very honest, reliable and charge a fair price for their work.

  Chris was an absolute professional. He came and gave us quotation, sent to us in an email with pictures describing the issues and what he will do to repair it. We had received three quotations from three different contractors and Chris was the only one who did not try to tack on an additional unneeded items. We discussed all the options and he answered all our questions. His experience and knowledge were very apparent throughout the process.
  
  His quotation was very reasonable and we decided to go with Commercial Rood Repair. Chris’s team arrived to do the work on time, with all the tools needed. The damage was more extensive then the original diagnosis requiring approximately 50% more area to remove and repair. Chris showed me the situation and we agreed he would cover the labor and I paid cost (no markup) on the needed materials.
  
  Folks always do your due diligence on contractors. Always get multiple quotations and if the contractor balks at a free quotation or seems sketchy, he probably is.
  
  As a construction manager, I work with contractors everyday and I can attest that Chris is exactly what you are looking for in a contractor. Honest, experienced, and trustworthy. Oh and safe!

  Chris is serious, knowledgeable, on time, methodical, at the right price and very respectful in his dealings with his customers. What else would you be looking for in a contractor? I have used Chris twice already and he is at the top of my speed dial list.
