  I like Capital one as my banking center the customer service here is good they need to make more branches but this a good bank

  I love this branch location. I've visited other Capital One locations but non as good at this one. The tellers and staff here go above and beyond in providing the best customer care and service. The tellers address me by name, which is a nice touch and shows the level of care. If you are looking for professional old school style of service and care, this is it. I recommend this location.

  Teller assisting me had very pleasant attitude and explained the expected delay. Was very quick and efficient.

Capital One Bank - 1700 Louetta Road (Spring, TX)

I have been a capital one bank customer about 5 years. Friendly bank . I asked the bank manager why is this branch is closing. The bank manager said corporate office is rollback . On location and the building leases r coming up . My other question is what date is new bank taking over capital one bank.
