  We love being able to be seen quickly and not being treated like a number. Everyone has been incredibly curteous and kind, taking the time to listen to their patients.

  I love Louetta Family Medicine. All the doctors I have seen are fantastic and the staff is as well. I never have to wait long before going into a room or to be seen after I’ve been put in a room. I love that when I need labwork, it can be done in house. I highly recommend this office.

  I would like to say that I really appreciate everyone. At Louetta Family Medicine. The staff are quick in answering message’s and always have a pleasure and nice attitude. The office atmosphere and energy is amazing. I have never not gotten a response back before the end of the day when I have left a message. They do what they say their going to do and if not they follow-up giving you and explanation and an apology. We are quick to put out bad experience’s but very few people will give credit where credit is do. I am big on customer service and how it’s given. Thank each and every person at Louetta Family Medicine. I truly appreciate you kindness a prompt responses.

  I've been coming to this practice for over 3 years and the providers and staff are amazing. I've seen both MD's, Dr. Nashed-Guirguis and Dr. Fong and both PA's, Amy and Lindsay. All my questions are always answered, my medications are sent promptly, and referrals are done quickly. I love the office and the atmosphere. I recommend this practice to all my family and friends who love their providers as well.
