  The folks at Kleinwood Vision went above and beyond to make sure I was 100% satisfied with my new glasses. I'm looking at you Amber and Adriana! Adjusting to new glasses can be a little challenging sometimes. They listened closely and patiently and made all the adjustments needed to make my transition as smooth as possible. They also followed up to make sure everything was working out just right. Through it all they remained friendly and concerned. Customer care definitely seems to be a priority. Go see them and Dr. Nguyen...you won't regret it.

  Had the best experience here! I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I didn’t have my insurance card with me as our insurance company didn’t gives us one, and the receptionist didn’t seem put out about in the least bit. She took down as much information as I had and was able to verify benefits in about 5 minutes. I probably waited 5 minutes tops in the waiting room and was quickly escorted to the exam room where Adrianna started my tests. Everything was state of the art and quick. Adrianna did an excellent job in explaining what each test was for and made me feel at ease. Afterwards, the doctor came in and finished up my tests and exam, again, all while explaining to me what he was doing and why. The doctor was kind and very knowledgeable and instantly made me feel like I was in good hands. I would highly recommend this office to anyone!

  Top notch service, Adriana was a pleasure and went out of her way to get me an appointment on short notice. She was very helpful with picking out frames and working with my insurance plan. Thanks Kleinwood vision.

  Dr. Nguyen and his staff are fantastic! Super friendly and fun. Dr. Nguyen takes time with each of his patients, answering any questions and very consultative in his approach to eye care. That’s why we’ve used him for over four years and will continue to do so!...

  I’ve been going to Kleinwood Vision for years, always felt very welcomed by his staff. Dr. Nguyen is great with adults and children as well.
