  I went there yesterday for the first time and it was an amazing place, the people where kind and friendly and the instructor Jeff was super supportive. I highly recommend this place.

  I’ve been attending this location since around December and this is definitely a group of trainers you want on your side. Coming into a new fitness geared lifestyle change with a permanent disability, I’m able to modify when I need to and able to see progress. I was always fearful working out when I was younger and in High School and College, because I viewed my Cerebral Palsy as a limitation.
  
  If you ever have a reason that you can’t do a normal workout, the trainers demo several other alternatives you can do instead but still work the same muscle groups. The trainers are real attentive to my needs and are still available to walk around and help everyone else when they need assistance.
  
  Burn is a more cost effective experience compared to something more traditional like LA Fitness. In addition, with membership, you have access to the other Burn locations.
  
  Consistency and you’re own accountability to push yourself is key to great progress.

  Can't say enough about how much I've loved being a part of Burn for the past month!! I love that everyday is a new workout and that I can always expect to push myself and challenge my limits. All of the trainers are awesome, and they motivate me to work hard while also acknowledging where I'm at, and providing modifications when I need it. In my opinion, the best part of Burn is the community. The first day I came to Burn, I was a little nervous, but I was welcomed with open arms and reassured that everybody has a first day. I quickly realized that Burn is for EVERYBODY, regardless of fitness level which made me feel so comfortable (considering I've never been a gym rat). After just 3-4 days of attending camps, I was hooked and I realized that I had found what I was looking for. My focus meetings with Jeremy have also been a great experience and I genuinely appreciate the one-on-one guidance so I can achieve my fitness goals.

  Making a change to a new phone stinks. It's a big deal. Time, effort, and cash on the line and giving up old phones can be tricky. We had done our research and hoped we could get the information and new iPhone 11s without losing our sanity. Enter Klein Center T-mobile team for the win! Junior, Janese, Julio, and John (The "J-Team?) patiently answered all our questions, helped us feel good about spending all those bucks with a great deal, and even invited us over for Thanksgiving dinner. Well, we may have invited ourselves. But we left with a smile because they treated us like family. Thanks guys!

  Julio and Toan provided excellent customer service. I had issues setting up new devices myself and when I brought them in these guys took care of all my set up needs. Keep up the good work!

  I have been a customer for over 10 years and whenever I go into this location I am not pressured into anything, but instead talked to like a person and I get what I needed done with smiles on their faces.
  Great crew but a special shout out to the best employees (and This is honest): Eric (who was the one mainly helping me everything I came inside), Selina (great person with a friendly position), and Danielle or DEDE (who is awesome and treats you with respect).
  I strongly recommend this store to everyone. And these employees deserve a raise.
