Matthew was great. While I was waiting for the service rep he pointed out a chip in the glass. Within a matter of minutes he repaired it at no cost because of buy glass warranty. I would definately use Matthew again.

Repaired several pretty big chips on my windshield since I got my car. Super easy to just pull up and get a price and rundown. From drop off to leaving took me 15 minutes total. Great service!

Needed a rock ding in my windshield repaired. Found Safe Tech Auto Glass nearby on google maps. They work from the service desk at Fred Haas Toyota World, so I thought they must be a venerable business. (Not the pop up tent in grocery store parking lot) and they are. Called in and person answering was very helpful. They scheduled me in the same day. After a brief inspection and collection of needed information, approval of the work, and payment were done “on line” with handheld devices; very convenient.
My truck was taken and repaired in about 15 minutes, and the repair was noticeably better than another on my windshield. Their price was 50% less than another major glass repair company. Overall experience was very positive. I would recommend them if you need glass repair.

Matthew was great! He was considerate, kind and did a great job fixing my windshield. Highly, highly recommended.

Jacob was also awesome by explaining to me what was wrong with my windshield and explained my options with fixing it.
