    In my search for a Locksmith on a Saturday I found/called Houdini's Lock & Security, Chad stated he had a job downtown and would meet me afternoon/early evening, which he did calling me 15 minutes before arrival. I brought Chad a Schlage lock that we lost the key to and he was able to change the cylinder to match our other locks. Not only was I impressed that he took the time to help me on this non emergency issue on a Saturday but he also only charged normal weekday rates, which was much much less than what other companies would have charged, especially weekend rates (I did call other companies checking their pricing). Chad has our and our family's business from now on...We Highly Recommend this company...

    We came in to get some new locks for our rental houses and I met the owner Chad. He didn't treat me just like another customer and made us feel very welcome and educated us on all sorts of new products. He was more than helpful and knowledgeable and we will definitely be using his services in future!
