  Disrupt is AMAZING!! I sustained an injury running a couple years ago and was told by a local Ortho that surgery would be the only option if I continued to run and the pain returned. Thankfully I met Rachel through CrossFit, and after talking to her briefly about the issue, she was positive that she could help me rehab the injury (no crazy surgery necessary!). Scheduling an appointment was so easy, and within ~10 minutes of my first visit, she was able to diagnose the root cause of the issue and began forming a thoughtful and thorough treatment plan that was easy for me to adhere to, even with my hectic work schedule. Under her care, I was able to come back even stronger from that injury and haven't looked back! That experience made me a firm believer in PT as a first line of defense, and now Rachel is my first phone call whenever my active lifestyle gets the better of me. She specializes in pelvic floor, but she does it all and has helped me rehab foot, knee, and shoulder injuries (and has worked her dry needling magic on my wrist). I'm forever thankful for the peace of mind she has given me, and I HIGHLY recommend giving her a call if you're in need of physical therapy.

  Rachel is an absolutely amazing physical therapist. She helped me heal and was always accommodating. She was wonderful at entertaining/distracting my son so I could actually work on my exercises!

  Rachel is wonderful! After just a few sessions, she corrected my issues and gave me lots of tools for the future and exercises to work on at home. I was so impressed with how fast I saw improvement! She is very knowledgeable and thorough. Rachel was quick to get in contact with, easy to schedule with, and fun to talk to during sessions. I highly recommend Disrupt Physiotherapy!

  Rachel is fantastic. Both as a person and PT. She's friendly, positive, knowledgeable, communicates the information both technically and in a more conversational way even I can understand. Rachel is a great 'explainer'. She's very thorough on her assessment of an injury or the particular issue you're there for. Scheduling times has been easy and convenient. Lot's of flexibility.
  
  I saw her recently for some pain I was having in my neck. I think it was from overuse and stress from my normal workouts, so I started with rehab sessions (shorter targeted sessions to prevent soreness from turning into a bigger issue), but slept on it wrong, and woke up with limited mobility and major pain. We spent a full hour digging deeper into the issue as a part of the thorough assessment process. She also treated the area, and identified and suggested I attack other mobility issues that could be contributing to my neck pain. So, she help create a treatment plan, showed me the movements, and sent a follow up email with videos the next morning. Top notch! I would see her not only for an injury but if you simply want to move better, prevent an injury , or if your broke down give her a visit and get back in the game! Thanks Rachel!

  Rachel is one of the best physical therapists I have seen. I had a previous injury that was not properly addressed and got worse. Eventually, after 3 years of doing CrossFit, I could no longer compensate and my injury caught up with me. I was not able to push or press in any movement (gymnastics or weightlifting) without horrible pain in my shoulder and elbow. I lost the ability to do a lot without pain, and had to scale down because of it. But since seeing Rachel, my hope has been rekindled. I no longer have nerve pain and I am able to do things(pull ups, handstand push ups, push ups) I haven’t been able to do pain free in years!! I highly recommend her. She is patient and kind. She cares about her patients and is passionate about what she does.
