Very professional and great prices. Rapid Auto worked on our behalf with our insurance to make sure we didn’t pay an additional fee added to the deductible. They went over and above their job to fix our car and help us stay on budget. I am definitely visiting them again!

Excellent service from beginning to end! Very responsive and quick. Great communication. Mervin towed my car this morning when I stalled while sitting in the middle of a busy lane and was very nice. He even dropped me at work a mile up the road. Their shop had my car repaired before I even got out of work and when I picked the car up, all of the staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Highly recommend and will definitely call them in a pinch again!

I've not been treated like I mattered in a long time as a customer until I went to Rapid Auto. Rapid Auto has gone above and beyond for and with me. I'm not able to get around and they have accommodated me in ways that I thought were lost in businesses and people. This has been from every person that I've encountered even those that weren't directly involved with my vehicle getting repaired and didn't have to. My personal opinion is that other companies need to take a look at what customer service is and learn from Rapid Auto that every customer gets the VIP treatment because they all count. The work that I had done has been done before and as it stands is now fixed and working the best ever. Thank you to all at Rapid Auto ya'll rock in my opinion.
