(January 14, 2022, 3:38 pm)Not sure why people are complaining about the customer service. I am caucasian and new to trying hair extensions and wigs. I had a lovely young lady helping me. She showed me everything I needed and talked me through the process of installing a wig. She even showed me a couple of YouTube tutorials. Maybe if you are respectful to the staff they will be respectful to you.
