(January 20, 2019, 3:52 pm)The only downside was my 2:30 appointment didn’t actually happen until 4:00. The shop was very busy and only Nicole and Saul were available. Saul did a fantastic job — rather unexpected for my first time at the Refinery! Saul was very apologetic about the uncharacteristic delay, and actually refused my tip — which I insisted that he accept. Looking forward to my next appointment — but will probably not go on a Saturday.

I loved the costumer service that Saul and Nicole offered. Its an amazing shop and the haircuts there are really awsome.. Ive found my new barbers ????????
