  It has been absolutely great!!! A 100% improvement over Farmers whom I spent the last 9 years with. I will and have recommended Mark to my friends. I am 100% satisfied with the customer service at Allstate, their app is awesome, safe driving rewards are great and drive wise is a fantastic way to monitor and improve your driving habits.

  I have remained with Allstate because of the great service and even better prices I have received from the Mark Francis agency. I would recommend this agency to anyone looking for insurance needs. They try to help you in everything they can and make life a little bit easier.

  All I can say is wow! They have my truck, car, van, travel trailer, and home insured. Their team is always there ready to help when in need. I have had a couple claims over the years and they have all been handled promptly and professionally. It's tough to find people who care about their customers like this team does. Keep up the good work!
