  FloorMax was great to work with!! From measuring and estimating to choosing carpet, Kurt was helpful and personable. Great pricing! The install crew was very professional, courteous, and did an awesome job iinstalling the new carpet all upstairs area & master bedroom downstairs. — they carefully moved the furniture, cleaned the floor after tearing out the old carpet and pad and before laying the new carpet. After installing new carpet they vacuumed the new carpet thoroughly & put all furniture back where it was & cleaned up & took hauled off old carpet & padding.. All done in one day! I highly recommend FloorMax :-) !!!!!!!

  Manuel and his crew were very professional, punctual, and very efficient from start to finish. He had a 4-man work crew and all of them were very polite and worked extremely well together. The entire experience with everyone at Floor Max was exemplary. Their sales rep, Kurt was also very helpful in answering all of our questions and was very pleasant to work with as well. No high-pressure sales tactics at all. The whole process was worry and hassle-free. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone. I chose them after reading all of the other positive Google reviews and I can tell you that those reviews were spot on. Sometimes you're uncertain if consumer reviews are the real deal but my experience with everyone at Floor Max seemed to mirror everyone else who have used them. The other positive is that they were the 2nd estimate I received and they quoted me about $700.00 less than the first carpet company's quote. Reasonable cost, expertise and total professionalism. Everything one could ask for.

  This is the second time I have used Floormax also known as M&M. Manuel and his team are highly experienced and professional at what they do. I have had carpet and now vinyl plank installed and once again Manuel and his guys did an outstanding job as usual. They are very thorough and make sure to get everything done right the first time. They clean up after themselves everyday before they leave and try not to interfere with your daily routine. If you want a professional job done and not at those "professional" prices give them a call you will not be disappointed. Manuel, Congratulations on another OUTSTANDING job for me!!! Again!!! I will get with you for a 3rd job this coming summer. Thanks again Manuel for your professionalism.
