  This is the best urgent care I've been to.
  They truly care about their patients. The X-ray tech, Daniel, is awesome! Everyone in there was extremely nice and really took time to make sure my concerns were addressed. Hopefully I don't need to return, but if the situation arises, I will go here in a heartbeat!

  I’ve never written a google review before but this warranted going out of my way to give them 5 stars. They were kind, caring, and professional. The Doctor that saw me was so patient and thorough and the support team around her of nurses and other medical staff were all wonderful. I’ve always felt like urgent care centers rush you around and don’t listen, but this was a shining exception. Thank you for great care!

  Friendly and professional staff - Ramona and Kat provided good care and Dr. Peniuk was thorough and careful in her assessment. Still unsure of exact nature of problem but confident follow up recommendations will come up with definitive answer. I’ll be back for any future non-emergency medical needs.

  Tonight we had an emergency and had to rush a family member to a nearby urgent care facility. We chose Memorial Herman Spring based on high reviews. We were not disappointed. We checked in online and they were ready for us by the time we got there. We received wonderful and very comprehensive care. The staff were attentive, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely competent. Thankful that the Dr knew what she was doing and all ended better than we hoped or expected.

  They were open late on a Sunday evening (they close at 9:00pm when most other Urgent Care Centers in the area close by 6:00pm).
  Check in went smooth (Alecia), was seen in a VERY timely manner for my vitals (Raquel/Hope) and the Doc was had good bedside manner... a to the point no beat around the bushes type.
  Would recommend for anyone needing non-emergency medial assistance.
