  I couldn’t say enough Great things about RLS. Ronnie is so professional and an amazing hard working man. When a issue arises he is so quick to fix the issue correctly (not the type to just do a quick rigged fix). He dedicates his time to his properties, renters and his Amazing company in general. He is always so easy to work with scheduling wise and also easy to talk to in general. If you are thinking of working with RLS you will not be disappointed.

  RLS treats their renters exceptionally well. I rented with them for 2 and a half years before buying a home and they were always professional, friendly and responsive.
  
  One evening I discovered a leak that had gotten the entire backside of the closet wet. Not only did RLS get someone on the job the very next day, Ronnie came over the night it happened and brought a fan to help dry out the area overnight.
  
  RLS takes pride in their properties and it shows.

  I moved from Houston in 2008 and had been trying to sell my home there on and off for the better part of six years. It was rented part of the time but being an out-of-state landlord was more trouble than it was worth. After an offer to sell the property to the tenant fell through, I reached out to Ronnie who looked at the property and made an offer that was very fair. Ronnie's professionalism and honesty helped me close one chapter while allowing me to move on with my life. I truly appreciate his efforts and highly recommend his work.

  I have a lot of respect for Ronnie Sparrow. He is very dedicated to being a real estate investor. He is honest and very knowledgeable. He is always willing to go an extra step to do things right. Keep up the good work!
