  Casey Sisk, your claim is not consistent, it doesn't matter where was mined, it doesn't matter how much you had paid, but COLOR, CLARITY & CARAT WEIGHT it is important to determine value, you might was ripped off at the mall but the most important is that before trying to slander a local jeweler get some EDUCATION on diamonds!

  Jeffrey did excellent work on several pieces of my jewelry. They all look better than when I first purchased them. Jeffrey and Andrea are very welcoming and accommodating. I will certainly return in the future.

  Jeffrey designed and crafted a wedding ring for me. I had been looking around for years to replace my original wedding ring, but never found exactly what I wanted. I explained to Jeffrey my ideas and he was able to understand perfectly what I was looking for in a new set. Jeffrey is very knowledgeable and tries very hard to understand what you want and then is able to create it. Jeffrey and Andrea are nice and personable. From the minute you walk into the store you feel welcome. Jeffrey is currently designing earrings for me and I am very excited to see his new creation. Again, I couldn't find exactly what I wanted to reset diamond studs I already owned but Jeffrey is confident that he can create something that I will cherish forever. I am anxious to see what he produces. Thank you Jeffrey and Andrea for your skill, knowledge and kindness.

  Fantastic experience. Jeffrey seemed incredibly knowledgeable, he and Andrea were both very personable. I wasn’t in to buy today, but prices looked reasonable. He gave me verbal estimates and was able to tell me some details about the origins of jewelry I inherited from my grandmothers. I am grateful for the knowledge and was definitely impressed with how I was treated today. Will go back for any repair needs and future shopping.

  I visited Jeffrey and Company Jewelers to repair my precious heirloom jewelry that was incorrectly repaired by another jeweler. Jeffrey took his time to get to know me and understand what I was trying to accomplish with my repair. I really felt like he listened and offered multiple suggestions, even taking my budget into considering. He never once made me feel pressured to purchase anything I did not need, but he offered suggestions I had not considered. Ultimately, he completed multiple repairs on a few pieces of my jewelry and redesigned the top of my engagement ring. I highly recommend Jeffrey and Company if you are looking for a jeweler that really understands his business, listens to his customer's needs and crafts beautiful jewelry designs. His assistant, Andrea, is extremely helpful as well. She helped my husband source a new wedding band, and did an excellent job following up and following through with her commitments.
