(March 7, 2019, 7:47 pm)I had a great experience with my repair at Caliber in the Woodlands. My truck needed a small repair. Pedro looked after me really well, and I am very pleased with the results. The truck is as good as new, and came back much cleaner than I left it .

(March 1, 2019, 1:55 pm)Pedro and his team were fantastic to work with! I had been rear-ended and they took care of the repair quickly and completely. They even diagnosed and fixed a minor problem for me for at no charge! My car was cleaned and vacuumed (a nice surprise) when I picked it up. They kept me informed on the status of the repair and accommodated my schedule.
There is an enterprise rental car on site so getting my car fixed was so easy. They were also in partnership with the insurance company so that if anything was found upon beginning the work they could continue with the repair without needing to get an adjuster out again which was great.
I would highly recommend Pedro and his team. -

My service provider, Pedro Marquez, kept me informed about part arrivals and repair status, which took just a matter of days. After all that, they detailed my car. It looks like it just came off the lot, and I forgot my backup camera was that good. Thanks to the team that mended my Subaru!

Mr. Pedro Marquez made the process as painless as it could be - quick estimate, frequent updates, full explanation of repair, and very personable. Had it done early, too. Really nice people working in that location.

The enterprise rental car location in their building is awful but their reps helped me out with the multiple addresses and phone numbers I requested.
