  We had such a refreshing experience with them. Nothing was complicated, delayed and everything came out beautiful. Just like we discussed. I highly recommend and I will use them again very soon!

  I hired Southern Renovated Homes to neutralize my interior paint , do some minor sheetrook repair and My front door stained .Everything was excellent. I did have to call them out for a small area to touch up. My toddler drove his hot wheels car on the wall and the paint was still a bit damp. Any how they came out right away and fixed it. Which kept me right on schedule with our realtor and our house goes on the market this week.

  My house was built in 1986. The den needed remodeling to bring it up to today's modern design and style features. After receiving several estimates from contractors, I selected Southern Renovated Homes to perform the remodeling work. The den received a complete transformation. Popcorn ceiling, decorative wood ceiling beams, chair railings, and paneling were removed. LED lighting was installed in the ceiling. All wood molding was replaced. The entire room was painted. The completed den renovation was beautiful and so modern! I am completely satisfied and happy with the completed remodeling. Sergio provided expert craftsmanship and a personal touch to the renovation. He approached the renovation with care and detail as if it were his own home. I highly recommend Southern Renovated Homes!!

  Called them up and got a quote same day. Price was good. Scheduled a date, signed a contract. They arrived ON TIME. It took three days for some siding repair and exterior painting. Work was better than I anticipated. It turned out flawless. We had zero problems, miscommunications at all. Literally everything went perfect. I highly recommend using them. We have had our share of bad experiences with other local companies. Boy are we happy we found them. Thanks

  This is actually two different reviews for two separate jobs. First one was last year I had my exterior painted & some sheetrock repaired put my house on the market & it sold. We had excellent curb appeal thanks to Sergio & his team. Second job is at my new home. I had the kitchen completely reconstructed. Took out a wall, added garden sink, farm house vent hood, the works! They tiled three restrooms and painted all interior walls, baseboards & trim. Aaaaand WOW. Just wow. Amazing. We love it. We can not wait to host Thanksgiving this year! Thank you so so much Southern Renovated Homes!!!!!
