(March 6, 2019, 12:02 pm)I've taken two rugs here now to get cleaned and I am completely satisfied with the results. The people are awesome, very friendly and they actually follow up! The location is very clean and I thought it was cool to see how the cleaning is done (if you're an interested nerd like me). The owner (I believe) walked me back and showed me their process as well as the other services they have. We'll take our rugs here anytime we need cleaning or repairs!

(December 14, 2018, 2:26 pm)They are very punctual when picking up & delivering rugs. The pick up ad delivery guys were very professional picking up and putting down the clean rugs. They were very attentive to the furniture when they moved it. We had five rugs cleaned. One of those needed the fringe reattached on one side. The repair was done perfect. The rugs looked like new when we got them back.

Where rugs might have become frayed at a corner or edge, Great American binds the edge and the rug looks new again. The staff is always professional, efficient, and courteous.

My rug was obviously a challenge because I have pets but when it was returned I was more than pleased. They did a fabulous job of cleaning my rug. The office staff and the pick up and delivery personnel, left a good impression on me with the friendliness and respect they showed. They earned my business forever.
