Edmond's replaced my hot water heaters (2) about 10 years ago. At that time I took out a maintenance policy on both. Since then they have returned every year to drain and check the heaters at no additional charge. They are very professional, courteous, knowledge and fair. My go to plumber.

We were glad to see James back with Edmond's, as usual he was prompt, professional, courtesous and thorough.
