Creekside Florist

I have never been so impressed with a florist as I am with creekside Florist. I sent some flowers to a friend Saturday and typed in the wrong address. I emailed the florist as soon as I found out, on Saturday late evening, and asked if they could deliver them Monday. The next thing I know my friend called and said they had just been delivered on SUNDAY afternoon. Creekside florist is the best florist I have ever used and I am very grateful for their awesome customer service.

Great options and very quick service

Recently I posted a comment with a low star rating on this business because my fruit basket was delivered to someone else whose 50th birthday gift was deliverd to my home. To make things worse I tried to call the store a few hours with no answer so I stopped by after work to talk to them about it and the store was closed half an hour prior to the time listed on the website. It was at that time that I left the review of this business.

Due to the fact my order was food items I contacted the person on the card for the plant that came to my home and made arrangements to drive to her house and exchange them (she had no intentions of going anywhere). That was about 40 minutes round trip.

My fruit basket was lovely and the fruit was in great condition but my experience was not good at all. Well to my surprise, Mark from the store called me first thing the next morning! I hadn't even complained to the store so I assume he saw my posting. He asked me what happened and apologized for the driver error and not being open when I arrived. He had a wedding he had to set up and was short staffed at the moment.

Mark was very empathetic and said he would write a letter of apology and send me a gift. He also promised to have a serious talk with the driver. I thanked him and said that would be fine. The VERY SAME DAY I received a beautiful, large potted peace lily and a card that again expressed deep regret over what happened. Because of the quality of the 3 products I saw during this transaction as well as the extra mile that Mark went to make things right (it was NOT his fault that a driver made a mistake) I would highly recommend this shop.

I received the most beautiful and breathtaking flower arrangement for Mother's Day. The florist has an amazing talent that is beyond belief.
