Visits always include a discussion of my overall health, and not just those items related specifically to urology. His staff is always helpful, both during visits and for calls into the office.

Thank him so much for caring and treating me like a human being and not just a number. His team was also so nice and helpful when they saw I was in pain.

(August 3, 2021, 4:03 pm)Dr. Shraudenbach is a very personable doctor and gave me a plan to address my condition timely. His staff is great and I've never had to wait long to see the doctor. After the doctor completed diagnosis and recommended surgery, the only glitch we had was getting a call back from the scheduler. I am not a fan of messages that say " Do not leave more than one message or it will delay your response." It only took a week for the person to call me back(callback came almost immediately after I contacted the doctor's assistant). The scheduler indicated my insurance coverage caused the delay, I am doubtful as my Medicare insurance has not changed. Despite the delay, the surgery was scheduled and now we are on the road to recovery. I find the doctor to be compassionate and sincere and he helped ease our minds during this time. I would recommend him for urological needs. His ratings are very good and he has earned that as far as I'm concerned.

(July 21, 2021, 1:09 pm)I was looking for a new urologist and Dr. Schraudenbach passed the interview process with flying colors. He was courteous, professional, and displayed a firm grasp on my current medical condition. He answered all my questions and never rushed me. I was very impressed.
