  I visited Laurie’s yesterday to look and back again today to purchase. I read reviews before going and was skeptical after some of the negative reviews. Yesterday I was greeted upon entering the store and later when I was looking was asked by Susie if I needed help. She spent a lot of time answering my questions, measuring, and checking computer for additional pieces to the bedroom set I was interested in. She had other customers and left me to decide but returned a short time later. I could not have had better customer service from her and , yes, the store was busy. Today I returned with my husband ( both of us in jeans and I had on a flannel shirt and boots. We were greeted upon entering and while looking I was asked if I needed help. ( I believe her name was Joy. ) She answered questions and was very attentive and helpful. Susie was with a customer but when she saw me she came over and said hello and asked if I had any questions. Both ladies worked with me throughout the purchase of the furniture making sure pieces were all available. Today is Saturday and again the store was very busy. The young lady that processed the paperwork and arranged delivery was also very friendly and helpful. I will agree that prices are expensive but the bedroom furniture I purchased I have seen nowhere else before. Overall great experience and excellent customer service today.

  I've always liked Laurie's. Beautiful place with quality furnishings, bedding, accessories and more. I wish the staff was friendlier.

  Love wandering this store with its themed areas. Some items are a bit pricy, but others are reasonable. You have to take the time to stop and really look. We recently remodeled our house and bought multiple items, from artwork to a beautiful bathroom mirror.

  Love Lauries! Everyone is always super friendly and I love this store. Definitely great for gifts especially during there sale periods!

  WOW Laurie, whatever you have been doing the last couple of months has really made a huge difference! The employees have been so helpful, pleasant and so eager to assist with my needs/wants. Always with a smile on their face. Not sure if there has been a to change in staff; however previously the experience in your beautiful store was not so pleasant. Hard to enjoy a shopping outing/spree with an unhappy/negative staff worker. The shopping experience lately has been fantastic. BTW, I love, love, love your store!
