Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rent vehicles often for work at this location. I have always been happily greeted and well taken care of. Thanks Terry and Andrew for always being personable and making renting a vehicle as smooth as possible!

I'm worried because I left the car with one of the windows open (the keys are in the key box). What can I do? Thank you for your help.

I probably called Andrew 15 times during the month I had a car from Enterprise. He was ALWAYS polite, professional and efficient answering question after question. The branch manager (I forgot his name, I’m so sorry!) was incredibly gracious before, during, and after my one month long rental. They both went above and beyond for my transportation needs!!
They even saved a cool car for me. Together, they make a great team!!!

I went here this passed weekend to rent a car for a short trip. Andrew helped me from start to finish and was even able to upgrade me at no costs. His customer service was above and beyond expected......He was very courteous and engaged in conversation the whole time. I even told his manager Terry that he needs a raise lol. Terry was super nice as well....will definitely be back for all of my rental car needs in the future.

I just wanted to try a different location as I wasn’t completely satisfied with Avis and I am glad I did! It all started with the manger Deon and it continues with Memphis, Austin and two newer guys that I can’t remember their name but they are all very friendly, professional , consistent. I rent at least every other week and they are always on top of their game.
