  We have worked with Evergreen Private Care since November of 2017, and the services and care given to my Mom are outstanding. The scheduling department has done a wonderful job in placing caregivers according to my Mom’s needs and schedule. The nursing staff stops by for regular assessments in order to ensure the health and safety of my Mom. I would recommend Evergreen Private Care for any long term care needs.

  My grandmother was in an assisted living facility when we decided she needed more care. Prior to the assisted living facility I looked at 27 places for her to move into and had hired private health care for her when she was still able to live in her house. My point is, I’ve worked with a lot of different agencies over the past 7 years. Evergreen has by far been our best experience with private care. During my grandmothers time at the assisted living facility, we hired an Evergreen caregiver to be with her 12 hours a day. This was the best decision we made in her health care journey. Kayla, her RN is amazing. We had access to her or a counterpart 24/7. When Kayla came to do a checkup on my grandmother she was extremly thorough and found ways to improve her quality of life and also shared health concerns no one else had caught. Let’s be honest, not everyone is a perfect match. Not every caregiver was right for my grandmother however when we had concerns they were addressed quickly. Some caregivers became family and were at my wedding, Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. Sadly, we had to put my grandmother in a nursing home recently however Evergreen still checks up on her. We will forever be grateful to Evergreen.

  I have been employed with this company for a little over 2yrs now. I was a CNA when I started, then an LVN, and now an RN. I have absolutely loved working for this company. They truly care about their employees. They are very understanding and flexible and I appreciated this so much during my schooling. I have read some of these reviews and the bad reviews are hard to believe. Come in with a good attitude, treat people how you would like to be treated, and this company will go above and beyond for you!

  I have worked for Evergreen for almost a year. I appreciate the professionalism of the office staff, and their demand for compassionate, respectful, and quality care. The scheduling staff is professional and efficient, and the owners are very involved in the day to day operation of the company. I highly recommend Evergreen for nurses and caregivers, and I would absolutely utilize their services for any of my friends or family.
