Organic Sphere

I ordered Palm Jaggery and millets. Quality of products is excellent.

Buyer Beware! I ordered the aBuchi Method Processed Unpolished Siridhanya millets (all 5 millets 2lb each). So far one of the millets Browntop has bugs in it. I only post this because Organic Sphere has stated "These are organic groceries with no chemicals or pesticides. Bugs are normal to get. You should be careful on how to store it.
We cannot offer replacement unless you send it back to us."
UPDATE: The company sent me a replacement Browntop Millet bag several weeks later. I appreciate their action in taking this issue seriously. I will change my rating to 4 stars from 1 star.

We received exceptional quality products. Huri - hittu, Raagi, Baadam Haal, Vaangi Bhath powder etc. All fresh and great tasting. Prices are reasonable too inclusive of shipping to California. We will happily order again soon as we run out of our current stash

The owner apologized and corrected the mistake. I get it that it is a small family store and they are learning how to fulfill online orders.

I wish I had read these reviews before placing an order with them. I placed an order and no product even after 3 weeks! Tried calling them, no one picks up and the mailbox is full.

I did get the order, but was not automatically refunded for the items that I didn’t receive. Had to email back and forth to get the refund amount fully..
