Work outs are different all the time you can’t believe in one hour you can burn sooooo many calories and most important you never get bored!!! FANTASTIC PLACE !!!! 10000% recommend to join this place!

(July 9, 2018, 9:36 am)Omg I made my goal. I started at 155.2 and did my final weigh in this morning at 135.2. I am so happy. My goal was 20lbs in 6 weeks and I accomplished it with Probodies Fitness. Everyone was so helpful and friendly at the Gym. I could not have made it without them pushing me to work toward my goals.
